How much does commercial cleaning cost in Winnipeg?
It depends on square footage, how the space is used and how often we come. A small office under 2,000 sq ft cleaned a few nights a week sits in a very different range than a 20,000 sq ft warehouse. We do not guess over the phone. We walk the space, price it properly and give you a flat monthly figure in writing, free of charge.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
By square footage and by stage. A rough clean during construction, a final clean once the trades are out, and a touch-up before handover are three separate pieces of work, and most projects need at least two of them. Tell us your handover date and we will build the schedule backwards from it.
Do you have experience cleaning medical facilities?
Yes. Clinics, dental offices, physiotherapy and diagnostic space. Every site gets a documented high-touch-point protocol, Health Canada approved disinfectants used at the correct dilution and dwell time, and colour-coded microfibre so cloths never move between treatment rooms and washrooms.
Are you insured, bonded and WCB covered?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and bonding, and we are covered by the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba. Certificates and a WCB clearance letter are available on request. Property managers and general contractors usually want both on file before the first visit.
Do you work after hours?
Almost always. Commercial and medical work happens in the evening or overnight so your staff and patients are not working around a vacuum. Post-construction crews work whatever hours the site allows, including weekends when a handover date is tight.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Vacuums, mops, microfibre, machines and products are all included in the price. If you need fragrance-free or a specific product for a sensitive space, tell us and we will use it.
What if something is not done right?

Do you still clean homes?
