Who we are
Built around the complaint we heard most
Almost every client who calls us has the same story. The cleaning was good for the first month. Then it slipped. Then the emails stopped getting answered, and they found themselves walking the building with a flashlight checking corners.
Swiftly Janitorial was set up to solve that specific problem. Fixed crews instead of rotating strangers. A written scope so nobody argues about what was included. Scheduled inspections that we run, so issues get caught before you spot them. And two direct phone lines, dispatch and office reception, because “we will get back to you” is not a service standard.
We concentrate on three kinds of work: post-construction handovers, medical and clinical space, and commercial janitorial programs. Staying narrow is deliberate. It is how the crews stay trained on the right protocols and how the work stays consistent.

Commercial general liability
Certificate of insurance issued to your organisation on request, with your entity named where required.
WCB Manitoba clearance
Active coverage and a clearance letter available any time you need one for your files.
Bonding & confidentiality
Bonded staff, signed confidentiality agreements, and key-control logging for every site.
Criminal record checks
Every cleaner is background-checked and reference-verified before they enter a client site.
WHMIS training
Crews are trained on safe handling, dilution and dwell times for every product we carry.
Product safety
Health Canada approved disinfectants used at the correct dilution and dwell time, with fragrance-free options for sensitive spaces.
