Home/Medical facility cleaning
Clinics, dental offices, physiotherapy, chiropractic and diagnostic space, cleaned after hours to a documented touch-point protocol by screened, WHMIS-trained staff.

Why it is different
The surfaces that matter most are the ones a general cleaner walks straight past: the arm of the exam chair, the blood pressure cuff hook, the light handle, the keyboard at the intake desk, the door plate between reception and the treatment corridor.
Getting that right is a matter of protocol rather than effort. Which product, at what dilution, left on the surface for how long, applied with which cloth, in which order. We write that down for your site, train the assigned crew on it, and inspect against it.
Facilities
We clean outpatient and clinical space. We are not a hospital environmental services contractor, and we will tell you plainly if a site needs one.

Exam rooms, intake desks, waiting areas and staff space, on a nightly or three-day program.

Operatories, sterilisation areas and reception, cleaned around your sterilisation procedures rather than through them.

Treatment tables, gym and rehab floors, equipment surfaces and change areas.
Also: diagnostic and imaging suites, optometry, veterinary clinics, massage and wellness practices, and medical office buildings under a single property management contract.

Compliance and privacy
Cleaners are in your building when nobody else is, surrounded by charts, screens and appointment books. In Manitoba that puts your practice under the Personal Health Information Act, and a cleaning contractor who has not thought about that is a risk you are carrying.
Confirm the exact wording of these commitments against your own policies and your clinic's privacy obligations before publishing.

Health Canada approved hospital-grade disinfectants carrying a DIN, applied at the dilution and left for the contact time the manufacturer specifies. If your practice already standardises on a particular product, we will use yours instead. Safety data sheets stay on site.
Colour-coded microfibre and mop heads, one colour per zone, laundered between shifts and never carried from a washroom back into a treatment room. Crews work clean areas before dirty ones, and the order is part of the written scope rather than left to judgement.
No. Sharps containers and biomedical waste stay with your clinic's licensed waste contractor. Our crews are trained to recognise them, leave them alone, and report anything that has been left out of place.
We prefer not to. Almost all of our clinic work runs in the evening after the last appointment, which keeps disinfectant contact times undisturbed and keeps cleaners out of your patients' way. Day porter coverage is available for busy medical office buildings.
Yes. Clinic sites get a fixed assigned crew who are trained on your protocol, plus a briefed backup for holidays and illness. You will not find a stranger in your treatment rooms.
We can provide your written scope of work, product safety data sheets, insurance and WCB clearance, and our inspection reports. If your accreditation body asks for something specific, tell us early and we will build it into the reporting.
Twenty minutes after hours, and you get a written protocol and a flat monthly price. No obligation.
