Home/Post-construction cleaning
Post-construction cleaning in Winnipeg
Rough, final and touch-up cleans for new builds, renovations and tenant fit-outs. We work backwards from your handover date so the space is finished, not just swept.

The problem
Drywall dust does not vacuum up once.
It is finer than household dust, it stays airborne for hours, and it settles again on every horizontal surface after the first pass. A crew that cleans a site in one visit and leaves has not finished the job. They have just moved the dust around.
That is why post-construction is priced and scheduled in stages rather than as a single clean. Each stage has a different purpose, a different set of tools, and a different point in your build where it belongs.
- HEPA-filtered vacuums so fine dust is captured rather than recirculated
- Top-down sequence: ceilings, vents and ledges before floors
- Dedicated time for the second settle, not a rushed single pass
- Adhesive, sticker, paint and grout haze removal by hand
Three stages
Where each clean belongs in your build.
Most projects need at least two of these. Tell us the trades schedule and we will tell you which.
Rough clean
During construction, once framing and drywall are done. Debris removal, sweeping, and clearing the site so the finishing trades can work safely.
Final clean
After the trades are out. The full detail: dust from every surface, inside cabinets and closets, fixtures, glass, appliance interiors, and floors taken to finish.
Touch-up clean
Immediately before handover, photography or opening day. Catches the second settle, fingerprints from the walkthrough, and anything a late trade left behind.
Ongoing janitorial
Once the building is occupied we can carry straight on with a nightly or weekly program, so you are not sourcing a second contractor.
Scope

Who we work with
General contractors, developers and property managers.
The people who call us are usually holding a handover date that will not move. What they need is a contractor who turns up when they said, does not need supervising, and carries the paperwork their site requires.
- General contractors handing over commercial fit-outs and new builds
- Developers preparing multi-unit residential and condo turnovers
- Property managers resetting suites between tenants
- Renovation contractors finishing clinic, retail and office remodels
- Homeowners after a major renovation or addition
Questions
Post-construction, specifically
How far in advance should I book?
A week is comfortable for most projects. We can often do less than that, but the earlier we know your handover date the better we can staff it, and the more likely we are to fit in the touch-up stage that actually makes the difference.
How is it priced?
By square footage and by stage, quoted flat after a walkthrough. Heavier factors are the number of washrooms, the amount of millwork and glass, floor type, and how much debris the trades leave behind. We put the assumptions in the quote so there are no surprise extras.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove the light debris and packaging a final clean generates and bag it for your bin. Bulk material, lumber and heavy waste disposal is a separate job and normally the contractor arranges it. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which side of that line your site falls on.
Can you work around trades still on site?
Yes, and that is what a rough clean is for. For the final clean we do want the trades finished, because otherwise you pay us to clean the same surface twice.
What about occupied buildings during a renovation?
We handle those regularly. Dust containment matters more than anything, and we schedule around occupied hours so tenants and staff are not walking through the work.
Got a handover date?
Send us the date and the square footage and we will come back within one business day with a staged plan and a flat price.
